Handmade

• Working with artisans is our passion. Given the nature of handcrafted goods, no two pieces are the same. Fabrics, patterns and colors will vary on every piece. The beauty in this is you get a unique Kim Lewis Design!
• We work in small batches. Quantities are limited. If an item becomes unavailable we will inform you of Lead time.
• We used distressed leather, so the material will age with wear.

Returns / Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
• Returns and exchanges are available for full price items only. All sales are final.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order for the refund or exchange to be accepted.
• Any marked down items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
• Shipping on returns will be the customer responsibility, however we will gladly cover shipping for any exchanged pieces.
• Kim Lewis Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged return goods.
• Once the item is returned and received on our end, please allow 10 business days for the item to be inspected and accepted, and the original price of the item(s) to be credited back to your original form of payment.
• If you are exchanging, we will verify availability of the selected exchange. For the replacement item, pending availability, a new charge may appear on your credit card statement, but the original purchase price of your returned item will be credited back to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days of receipt.
• Return/Exchange slips will be included with your shipment.
• For return/exchange shipments, feel free to email your tracking number to info@kimlewisdesigns.com to help us with processing.
